Dextrose


Syrup is the hydrolysated product of the corn starch under enzyme catalysis. The starch hydrolysate solution contains lotsof insoluble impurities, such as fat, starch, protein and fiber. Membrane technology was induced into this field to replacethe traditional filtration to improve the quality of the products.


Tea

Tea is a superior resource in China, the further processing for the tea is growing up following with the tea drinks. Theturbidity of the tea drinks is one of the technical problems at present, it is mostly for the flocculation between the teaPolyphenol, the theine, dissoluble protein, the pectin, and so on.

The old way is by the mechanical fitration, high-speed centrifugation, and chemical treatment and so on. But theclarification effect and the product quality is not good.

Membrane technology can resolve this problem. Hydrotech's system with organic membrane or inorganic membrane canremove the protein and the pectin and the relevant components, at the same time, keep the effective components to makesure the taste and the quality. After the clarification, RO membrane concentrates the tea drinks to get the better productnot the old evaporation concentration process.
