Pre-treatment

Pre-treatment is made by more than ten base processes, including pre-degreasing, degreasing, spraying, surfaceconditioning, phosphate, second spraying, passivation and so on. Degreasing is one of the important processes for the pretreatment of the body of automobile. There are a large scale of oly waste water during the degreasing process, the watelcontain dirt, grease, alkali and solvent etc.. How to treat this waste water becomes a big concern, along with the improvementof the conscious of environmental protection and the strict requirement of the discharge standard of the waste water.

Phosphate

In the pre-treatment process, the content of the paticles in the phosphate liquid should be within a certain range in thephosphate tank. When the concentration increases up to this range, the phosphate sludge should be removed to maintainthe concentration of the phosphate liguid, which is to make sure of the quality of the product.

Passivate

After phosphate treatment, the passivating treatment could improve the compaibility of the phosphate membrane andE-coating membrane, which is to further improve the corrosion resistance and adhesive force of the phosphatemembrane. However, there is a large quantity of the spraying water needed for the passivating treatment. How to recyclethe spraying water is very important. Nowadays, all of the automotive painting workshops are engaging in the recyclingtransformation for waste water.
